- 25% of the tour price has to be paid to confirm booking.
- Balance 75% amount of the tour price to be paid on or before 15 May, 2018
- If a tour booking is cancelled up to 45 days prior to the start date, 25% of the tour price will be charged and balance 75% will be refunded
- If a tour booking is cancelled 45-31 days prior to start date, 75% of the tour price will be charged and balance 25% will be refunded
- If a tour booking is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the start date, 100% of the tour price will be charged. There will be no refund.
- If a tour booking is cancelled and we get a replacement for the participant, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
- If the tour is cancelled by MotoRover due to unavoidable circumstances, 100% of the tour price will be refunded
- Children in the age group 0 to 3 year are not allowed on Motorover Self-Drive Road Trips.
- Children in the age group 3 to 9 years will be charged the minimum amount as per the policy of Motorover service partners.
- Parents have to additionally bear the cost of a child safety seat (if applicable) and travel insurance.
- Children aged 10 years and above will be charged 100% of the tour price .
