The Alps mountain range of Europe needs no introduction. It is the most naturally beautiful region of the continent, famous for its snow covered peaks, spectacular alpine landscapes, ski resorts and twisty mountain passes.

MotoRover’s first encounter with the Alps was in 2019 where we, along with BMW Motorrad India, organized the biggest international motorcycle tour ever done by an Indian group. The numbers? 43 riders and 11 pillions! We are reviving this epic motorcycle adventure and it’s going to be even better in 2024.

The tour includes the most legendary mountain passes in the Alps, and the overnight stays will be in beautiful alpine properties. The tour will cover three countries in Central Europe; Italy, Switzerland and Austria. It starts and ends in the Italian city of Milan and will be led by a MotoRover guide on a motorcycle. We will also have a support van at the back of the group for luggage and assistance during the ride. Apart from the thrilling rides and great hotels, the route also promises beautiful views and interesting sights and activities.

The Scotland Motorcycle Tour 2017 was simply a dream. The entire tour was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. The tour is unlike any other, the route selection was scenic and places of stay were unique in terms of their location and heritage value. Scotland has some of the most amazing vistas to offer, if you thought you saw it all in one day, the next day doesn’t stop short of surprising you and there is no better way to soak it all up than on a motorcycle. Talking about soaking it all up, well its Scotland, what’s a ride in Scotland without getting soaked in the rain. So, yes it was mix of rainy days, misty roads and bright sunshine. Signed up for this trip to Kyrgyzstan to challenge myself to do something different in life….being an amateur motorbike rider had my fears but embarking on this journey to Kyrgystan with Piyush and his company with an open heart and mind was one of the best thing I could have done for myself…. The location - Just beyond words….Kyrgyzstan…what an amazing country…totally untouched…most beautiful landscapes…climbing and descending white mountain peaks…green valleys dotted with herds of wild horses crossed by shiny silver rivers……… The experience - Riding on the bike amidst these beautiful landscape was absolutely supperrrrr….specially with a bunch of fellow riders who were loads of fun and totally passionate about riding… The Planning - Spot on !!!!! I had travelled with MotoRover in October 2016. Superb planning, hotels were very good, food arrangement throughout the trip was great. They ensured we get the best experiences like local games, food etc. The route we rode on was one of the best I have done till date. Lunch by the lake, tea/coffee breaks at valleys & lunch in the Yurt were the best parts of trip.
Piyush took care of all possible things you can ever expect while riding in an unknown territory. I am sure of doing more trips with MotoRover in coming time.
